Rudy Warnock is a military veteran and expert in renewable energy who served for over a decade as the owner of Warnock and Associates in Canton, Mississippi. Prior to his professional work, Rudy Warnock acquired a degree in civil engineering from Mississippi State University’s (MSU) Department of Civil and Environmental Engineering.

MSU’s Department of Civil and Environmental Engineering offers engineering students access to classroom-based education blended with real-world practice through cooperative education programs, research initiatives, and membership in professional societies. The department operates within the university’s Bagley College of Engineering and administers undergraduate and graduate programs.

In support of its educational mission, the Department of Civil and Environmental Engineering adheres to a strategic plan that consists of four components. First, providing an enriched undergraduate program that prepares students for career success. Second, providing a graduate program that advances discoveries and knowledge in the engineering field. Finally, maintaining state-of-the-art facilities and recruiting high-quality faculty and staff.
